Delivery is structured around your communications timeline — not a standard turnaround window. For events with press, political, or time-sensitive needs, same-day and priority delivery are available.

1–2 edited images delivered digitally on each shoot day. Ready for immediate social media, press release, or internal communications use.

Within 24–48 hours

Priority selection

A curated gallery of key images — dignitaries, speakers, award moments, and official proceedings — delivered as a priority set for urgent communications needs.

Within 1–2 weeks

Complete gallery

Full edited gallery for all shoot days, delivered via a private online gallery. High-resolution, download-ready files hosted for 12 months.

All images are licensed for internal communications, press distribution, and promotional use including website and social media. Use in paid advertising campaigns is subject to a separate agreement.

Professional camera & equipment Full professional kit for all lighting conditions — ballrooms, press scrums, outdoor receptions, and stage coverage.
Same-day delivery 1–2 select images delivered on each shoot day for immediate use.
Professional editing All retained images fully edited. Consistent look and feel across an entire multi-day event.
Private online gallery Password-protected, high-resolution gallery with direct download. Hosted for 60 days. Separate gallery per event day.
Image licence — communications & promotional use Full licence for internal use, press, website, and social media. Paid advertising use quoted separately on request.
Travel — Ottawa & Gatineau region No travel fees within the Ottawa–Gatineau area. Out-of-region travel quoted on request.
Liability insurance Fully insured for all event types and venues. Certificate of insurance available on request.

For large-scale productions requiring specialist equipment or production assistants, a separate quote will be provided in advance. This applies to a small number of engagements each year.
