Most couples who come to me for a wedding have already made a deliberate choice. They didn't want a ballroom and a hundred people. They wanted something that actually felt like them — a mountaintop, a backyard, a city hall with good light, a forest in November.
I photograph elopements and micro-weddings for people who made that choice. Small gatherings. Intentional moments. Images that feel like the day actually felt, not like a version of someone else's wedding.
I spent years photographing weddings full-time. I know how these days move, where the light goes, and when to stay back and when to get closer. Now I take on a small number of intimate ceremonies each year — by choice, not by capacity. The couples I work with get my full attention, and I get to do the kind of work I actually care about.

I follow the day, not a shot list
Intimate ceremonies don't follow a script and I don't either. I'm there to document what actually happens — the quiet moments, the glances, the things you didn't plan. A good elopement photographer disappears into the day. That's the goal.

I spent years photographing weddings full-time — I know how these days unfold, where the pressure points are, and how to stay ahead of a moving timeline without anyone noticing I'm doing it. Now I take on a small number each year by choice. That means I'm completely present for every one.
I'll travel to wherever the day is
Ottawa, Gatineau, somewhere in the Laurentians, somewhere you've never photographed before — I'm open to it. If the location is right for the day, I'll make it work. Travel costs are discussed upfront, no surprises.

I'm based in Gatineau and cover Ottawa, Gatineau, and the surrounding region at no extra cost. For destinations beyond 80km, travel costs are discussed upfront and added to your package — no surprises on the day.

You'll receive a private online gallery of fully edited, high-resolution images within 4–6 weeks of your ceremony. From there you can download, share, and order prints directly. I also offer guided album design if you want help turning your favourites into something you can hold.
Yes — especially for couples booking well in advance when timelines aren't finalised yet. We can adjust your coverage duration right up until the day. If none of the three packages fit your plans exactly, custom coverage is always available. The goal is to make sure I'm there for exactly the moments that matter.

As soon as your date is confirmed. I take on a limited number of ceremonies each year and dates fill up, particularly in summer and autumn. Reaching out early gives us the most flexibility to plan the coverage properly.
